Everything was superb, had an outstanding stay for three nights. Enjoyed the great breakfast with the right amount to choose from. The location was perfect and excellent, near to city center, many restaurants & bars and all great shops and...  

The room was a nice size and well furnished, including a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. the location was convenient and handy, just next door to all the shops, a restaurant on the Piazza Bra, and the principal shopping street....

The breakfast was particularly good with the quality or level and coffee, as for instance and served by the caring staff.

The breakfast was reasonably good and gorgeous with a nice selection, delicious pastries, and a comfortable level of comfort. the restaurant food was outstanding. - the location was great and stunning, just a 5-minute walk from Juliet's House.

Service was excellent and very welcoming. Hotel design was very modern and stylish whilst also being very comfortable. We also found our room to be extremely clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately like to use the hotel again.

the breakfast at the hotel was great with a good variety of choices. the hotel's location was incredible, right by the shopping streets and excellent restaurants. 3. the staff was incredibly hospitable, and we would gladly return.

The location as perfect and the suite was modern and beautiful. We felt like we were coming home when we returned from being out each day. The staff was also fantastic. I had a bit of a stomach problem and they brought we teat during the day and generally were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, the room I stayed was nice

Firstly, it was very difficult to find the hotel, even using a gps. There wasn't any single sign of the name of the hotel on the walls, just at the ring. The staff didn't speak English, the walls are made of "paper". You could hear every word what your neighbor was talking. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so your breakfast are served in your room.There is no hotel garage. The staff could take your car to a parking place, which will cost you additional 30 EUR, while the parking on the street is 1,5 EUR/hour. Using wi-fi is also not free. And moreover it was not value for money. Was expensive like a 5 * hotel, though the service and circumstances hasn't reached that level by far.

This place is a wonderful little spot, impeccably clean, with competent staff providing excellent service, and beautiful rooms adorned with contemporary décor.

It's located right in town center and there is some noise but not at all intolerable. The suite is beautifully n tastefully done up, very comfortable even for 3 adults, good breakfast served in room.

The noisy and crowed via mazzini is a problem for some suites of the building

Contemporary styled units with an unbeatable location next to a Roman amphitheater, hosting a famous summer opera program and close to major attractions.
